据香港《文汇报》16日报道，一项调查显示，以丹麦为首的4个北欧国家，在“全球最幸福的国家和地区”中占头5位，原因是这些国家人民生活富足。中国大陆位列125，香港则排名81。

“盖洛普世界民意调查”在2005至2009年间，访问来自155个国家及地区数千名受访者，让他们将自己的生活满意程度，以1至10评分，得出“人生评估”幸福指数。指数高的人属“生活如意者”，其它则为“处身逆境者”及“饱受折磨者”。研究人员根据每国“生活如意者”所占百分比，得出排名。此外，受访者又被问及之前一日的幸福程度，如是否休息足够、受尊重、远离病痛及是否有益智消遣等，得出“每日体验”幸福指数。

繁荣易满足 社交不可缺

根据排名，头5个幸福地依次为丹麦、芬兰、挪威、瑞典和荷兰，它们不但地理位置邻近，而且都高度繁荣。盖洛普指，这些国家的国民基本需要得到较大满足，所以比较幸福。根据美国中央情报局关于227个国家的经济数字，丹麦2009年的人均国家生产总值是3.6万美元，优于其它196国。

但盖洛普又指，国民收入虽和幸福有密切关连，但心理和社交需要是否得到满足也是幸福关键，这正好从“每日体验”幸福指数反映。例如哥斯达黎加虽然国民收入不高，但在调查中排名第6，正是因为社交网络紧密，国民常常感幸福。该国的“每日体验”幸福指数为8.1，比丹麦还要高。
